Forgotten Patriots Grave Sites The Society of the First African Families of English America’s Historic Preservation Committee is committed to and responsible for finding and cataloging all eligible gravesites of Forgotten Patriots of African and Indigenous descent. The committee also determines the condition of the gravesites and whether they are available to the public for tours. SOFAFEA’s gravesite database is being developed to showcase the heroic contributions of men, women and children who were committed to cause of American freedom and democratic values.
